Vendor Terms & Agreement
Vendors MUST review and acknowledge the following Terms upon signing their Registration Form. We, your Fleece Festival Team appreciate your co-operation.
Event Date: Saturday, October 14th, 2017 from 9am-5pm.
Registration Deadline:Vendor Registrations for returning Vendors are due by March 1st, 2017 accompanied with a minimum 50% deposit. Full balances are due July 1st, 2017. Booth spaces not secured by March 1st will be made available to those on the Vendor waiting list. Please mail your completed Registration form along with cheque to The Woodstock Fleece Festival, 84 Etonia Rd. RR3, Princeton, ON, N0J1V0. Sorry, no e-transfers.
Booth Preferences, Sizes & Location:Every effort will be made to accommodate booth preferences indicated on registration forms. Returning Vendors have first opportunity to reserved their previous location. If you have questions, or as a Returning Vendor would like to inquire about changing your location or size, please contact the coordinator before mailing in your registration.
All booths are a minimum of 10x10. Prices vary based on location and number of booths required.
Set-up & Sign In: Access to all Vendor space will be granted Friday, October 13th starting at 2pm till 8pm and re-open at 6:30am the morning of the event. Vendors must sign-in upon arrival no later than 8am on the day of the event. At the time of sign-in, Vendors will receive a package containing identification for themselves and staff. Please indicate on your registration form the total number of
staff working your booth with a maximum of 2 per single booth, 3 for double and triple and 4 for corner 'C' booths.
Tables:One 8 foot table, plus chairs are provide for each single booth space. Additional tables are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Need Electricity?:All booths have access to electricity. Just bring an extension cord.
Nitty Gitty Icky Rules!.... these are important folks. Read them carefully and understand them please. We've got a whole lot bigger so these are VERY IMPORTANT so everyone has a great day :)
1. A Vendor Representative, or volunteer must be present at all times during the Festival operational hours (9am-5pm) and keep booth intact until close.
2. Be kind to your neighbor! All merchandise must stay within the designated boundaries of your booth space and not obscure the view of your fellow vendors.
3. Don't be a pig! All vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean during the event and tidying up at the end of the day placing garbage in bins.
4.Say Cheese!During the event photos may be taken of Vendors, their booths, demonstrations and workshops and shared publicly for the purpose of promoting The Woodstock Fleece Festival.
5. All items sold at the Festival MUST be related to the fibre arts or agriculturally based.
The Woodstock Fleece Festival reserves the right to reject/remove a Vendor in the event that the above rules are not observed and courtesy is not extended to fellow Vendors, Organizers, Volunteers and Visitors.
Additionally, The Woodstock Fleece Festival reserves the right to reject a booth application based on suitability. Submittal of a completed registration form does not guarantee space at the Festival. Vendors are chosen on a "Show Needs" basis.
The Woodstock Fleece Festival shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage, theft, or casualty loss resulting from any cause whatsoever occurring on the Festival premises.
